Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As a key member of our marketing department you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth in this vibrant and competitive market.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms including social media websites and email campaigns
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools and key performance indicators
- Manage relationships with external vendors agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services
- Contribute to the development of marketing budgets and ensure costeffective utilization of resources
- Stay uptodate with the latest marketing trends and technologies particularly those relevant to the Dubai market
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in the Dubai or UAE market
- Strong understanding of marketing principles including digital marketing brand management and campaign promotion
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools social media platforms and analytics software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various mediums (web social media email and marketing collateral)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners
- Familiarity with the local culture and business practices in Dubai is a plus
