Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth clients including local and international investors property developers and individuals seeking luxury real estate.
- Conduct property viewings market analysis and property valuations to provide clients with accurate information for their real estate decisions.
- Showcase and market highend properties in Dubai through various channels including online listings social media and networking events.
- Negotiate property deals and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients.
- Keep uptodate with the Dubai real estate market trends and regulations providing clients with valuable insights.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the buying or renting process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop highquality property listings and promotional materials.
- Prepare detailed property reports financial analysis and investment strategies for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Property Consultant in the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English both written and spoken.
- Indepth knowledge of the Dubai property market regulations and trends.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in dealing with luxury and highvalue properties.
- A network of highnetworth clients and industry connections is a significant advantage.
