Job Description

This role is responsible to execute and finalize programs / projects according to deadlines and within budget supporting the overarching values employee engagement and employee wellness strategy of FAB. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and thirdparty contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Develop fullscale project plans and establish baselines and associated communications documents.
  • Manage the overall project schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Organize workshops Including selection of venue creation and provision of materials selection and invitation of attendees.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Define and collect matrices to track project progress and ensure the deliverables produced and acceptable.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans.

 

Policies Systems Processes & Procedures

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies processes standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate compliance to organisations values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the bank.

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems processes and practices considering global standards productivity improvement and cost reduction.

 

Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements policies and quality standards.

Specific Accountability        

  • The Specialist will be expected to support the planning & executing of key values employee engagement and employee wellness projects.
  • Programs to be delivered will be enterprise wide across geographies and may have business cases requiring significant investment as well as senior stakeholder interaction.
  • The Specialist will be expected to operate effectively as an individual and influence crossfunctional teams which may include senior management. This includes engagement indirect management and influencing across functions.
  • The Specialist will be required to support the development and delivery of communications materials and stakeholder engagement and prepare progress updates for the HR Leadership team.  

Qualifications :

  • 1 to 3  years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse groups of people verbal and written
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Graphic design and media knowledge  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word Excel and Power point
  • Fluent command of the English language Arabic is preferred
  • Ability to work as a team player and promote a cooperative work atmosphere
  • Experience working within Leadership Development Learning Talent Management HR Business Partnering or Procurement is a plus
