Role Overview: The IT Portfolio Manager ensures that the organization s IT projects and initiatives are aligned with the company s business strategy and governance framework.
Responsibilities: o Managing the organization s portfolio of IT projects and initiatives. o Ensuring that IT investments align with the overall business strategy and goals. o Monitoring and reporting on the status of IT projects.
o Managing resources budgets and risks across the IT portfolio.
Skills Needed: o Experience in project portfolio management. o Knowledge of financial management and budgeting. o Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL COBIT).
