Job Description

Our client a leading organization within the Facilities Management and Construction sector is seeking an experienced Senior HR Leader to drive strategic HR initiatives and oversee a diverse workforce that includes a significant bluecollar employee base. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in both whitecollar and bluecollar HR management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies advise senior leadership and foster a highperformance culture.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead endtoend recruitment drive Emiratisation initiatives and attract top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Enhance employee satisfaction promote diversity and resolve conflicts.
  • Performance Management: Design tailored learning programs and support leadership development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive compensation structures and review benefit offerings.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain compliance with employment laws and manage HR audits.
  • HR Analytics: Leverage data for strategic decisionmaking and workforce planning.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop business unit HR team fostering collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field (Masters preferred).
  • CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Proven senior HR leadership experience in Facilities Management or Construction.
  • Expertise in managing a bluecollar workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and datadriven decisionmaking.
