Job Description

The successful candidate will be confident in speaking to industry leaders and government authorities staying on top of current trends and insights and fostering partnerships with associations and regulatory entities.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Effectively research topics with relevant industry professionals and the target market.
  • Content Curation: Creation of conference agendas ensuring diverse and engaging content that captivates our target audience.
  • Speaker Management: Identify and secure highprofile speakers manage speaker relationships and coordinate their participation in conferences.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistical aspects of speakers and onsite event management.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain highquality standards for conferences ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams external partners sponsors and industry stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize event success.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance conference formats incorporating new ideas technologies and methodologies to improve future events.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for speaker budget and costeffective utilization for all conferencerelated activities.
  • CPD Accreditation: Ensure all CPD application forms and supporting documentation are completed online within deadlines.

Qualifications :

Minimum Education Level

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Background Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in conference production.
  • Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English to both individuals and groups.
  • Comfortable in working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experienced in liaising with seniorlevel and government speakers
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Research based role.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Brand and market awareness.
