We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative tasks support staff and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory ensuring timely procurement and stock management.
- Handle correspondence emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and events.
- Maintain and organize company records documents and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and other administrative materials.
- Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Support HR activities including onboarding new employees and maintaining attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
- Contribute to a positive office culture and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
