Job Description: Kitchen Steward
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations in the kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Clean and set tables with seasonal decorations, tablecloths, and candles.
- Se food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, and glasses.
- Wash and sanitize dirty dishes and utensils, ensuring they are properly stored.
- Sweep, mop, and polish the kitchen, bar, and dining areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Support Duties:
- Assist in cleaning tasks and completing opening or closing duties.
- Transport used linens to and from the laundry or housekeeping section.
- Assist with unloading, organizing, and storing stock and supplies.

Customer Service:
- Help with seating customers, serving water, and delivering beverages when needed.
- Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests promptly.

Wait Staff and Kitchen Support:
- Stock serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments.
- Provide assistance to the wait staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a kitchen steward or in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, lifting, and cleaning.
