Job Description
- To oversee the main kitchen and organize the teams tasks for the daily production and ensure standards are being followed
- To develop seasonal offerings as required
- To prepare forecasts reports and supplies requisition to ensure the smooth operation of the Pastry section
- Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
