Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers handson experience in IT operations support and system management. The intern will work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless operation of technology systems and support daytoday technical needs
Qualifications :
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and network issues.
- Provide technical support to employees via email phone or inperson.
- Participate in the installation configuration and maintenance of IT equipment (e.g. computers printers and peripherals).
- Help in managing and maintaining IT inventory records.
- Support the team in system updates backups and security protocols.
- Document IT processes solutions and user guides for recurring issues.
- Collaborate on IT projects including system migrations upgrades and software rollouts.
- Maintain compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
