Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess cum Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will welcome guests manage seating arrangements take orders serve food and beverages and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Manage seating arrangements and reservations.
- Present menus take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guests queries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a hostess or waitress preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
