Job Description
- Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable. Monitor project progress and performance identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation measures. Assist in preparing project progress reports and updates for stakeholders. Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules. Support the senior planning engineer in resource allocation and workload planning. Conduct analysis of project risks and provide recommendations for adjustments to the plan. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably Civil or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project planning or scheduling within the construction or engineering sector. Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to fastpaced environments.
