Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring a skilled BIM Planning Engineer with a strong background in construction planning and BIM for a leading construction company in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the construction industry preferably with a contractor background. This role requires expertise in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and proficiency in BIM and Revit for effective project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop maintain and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 ensuring seamless alignment with construction timelines.
Integrate BIM models with project planning to optimize scheduling coordination and execution processes.
Continuously track project progress identify potential bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
Collaborate with various project stakeholders including engineers architects and contractors to ensure BIM workflows align with construction schedules.
Conduct clash detection and model coordination to enhance project efficiency and minimize conflicts.
Prepare and present progress reports dashboards and analytical insights for project stakeholders.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies industry standards and local construction regulations.
Requirements
Education Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience 5 years of handson experience in the construction industry with a focus on project planning and BIM integration.
Travel To project sites across different emirates as required.
Customer Focus Understanding client needs and delivering results accordingly.
Collaboration Ability to work crossfunctionally with diverse teams.
Project Management Strong planning and execution skills.
Problem Solving Analytical thinking to resolve project challenges.
Agility & Flexibility Adaptability to changing project requirements.
Technical Proficiency Indepth knowledge of Primavera P6 BIM and Revit.
