Job Description:
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone email and chat to convert leads into sales.
- Provide accurate information about tour packages itineraries and pricing.
- Assist clients with bookings reservations and payment processes.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. operations marketing) to meet customer needs.
Track and update sales records in the CRM system
