Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies managing campaigns and driving business growth within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties projects and services.
- Create and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns including PPC SEO social media and email marketing to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the development of highquality marketing materials such as brochures presentations online listings and videos.
- Conduct market research to analyze the market trends competitors and customer behavior providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Plan and execute events such as open houses and property exhibitions to attract potential buyers and investors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers agencies and media outlets.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics preparing reports to assess ROI and making datadriven adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing tools trends and technologies within the real estate industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing specifically within the real estate sector.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends customer preferences and industry dynamics.
- Handson experience with digital marketing tools analytics platforms and CRM systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and running targeted campaigns.
- Experience in organizing and managing real estate events and exhibitions.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on datadriven decision making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
