Job Overview:
The Vice President of Supply Chain & Enterprise Finance at YubiGroup will be a key executive responsible for driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Enterprise Finance solutions across the MENA region. This role will focus on optimising the onboarding and management of lenders and anchors leading product development initiatives and enabling presales and telesales teams to engage with clients effectively. The VP will work closely with internal teams clients and partners to ensure the successful delivery of valuedriven solutions that enhance and strengthen supply chain ecosystems.
Lender Onboarding: Lead the strategy and execution of onboarding new lenders into YubiGroup s SCF and Loans Marketplace platform ensuring a seamless process that aligns with the company s goals and client needs.
Account Management: Oversee the management and performance of lender accounts ensuring strong ongoing relationships that support business objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for lenders.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics for tracking lender engagement performance and risk. Drive lender performance improvements through strategic initiatives and operational enhancements.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that lenders comply with relevant financial regulations risk management frameworks and internal policies.
Anchor Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for anchor corporate clients onto the SCF platform ensuring that it aligns with customer expectations and delivers optimal value from day one.
Account Management: Nurture and manage key anchor relationships ensuring effective collaboration clear communication and smooth resolution of any issues that may arise.
Customer Success: Work closely with anchors to maximize the value they derive from YubiGroup s SCF solutions providing regular updates performance reviews and strategic insights.
Satisfaction & Retention: Implement strategies to ensure high satisfaction and longterm retention of anchor clients including regular feedback loops and valueadded services.
Product Strategy: Define and drive the development of new SCF and Enterprise Finance products tailored to the unique needs of clients in the MENA region ensuring they meet market demands and align with YubiGroup s strategic vision.
Crossfunctional Leadership: Lead crossfunctional teams including product managers engineers and designers to ensure timely delivery of innovative products.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies ensuring that YubiGroup stays at the forefront of SCF and Enterprise Finance innovation.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with local regulations particularly those related to financial services and supply chain management in the MENA region.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the presales and telesales teams to equip them with the knowledge tools and resources required to successfully pitch LOS LMS and SCF solutions to potential clients.
Client Engagement: Support the sales team with tailored financial proposals product demos and presentations that resonate with anchor and lender prospects.
Training & Development: Lead training sessions for sales and presales teams ensuring they understand product features financial models and value propositions in depth.
Lead Generation: Partner with the marketing and sales teams to create effective leadgeneration strategies that increase the number of qualified opportunities in the pipeline.
Strategic Vision: Collaborate with YubiGroup s senior leadership team to define the strategic roadmap for SCF and Enterprise Finance solutions in the MENA region.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across finance legal operations IT risk and marketing to ensure the alignment of SCF solutions with broader business objectives.
Business Growth: Drive business development by identifying new opportunities for growth including new market segments partnerships and revenue streams.
Thought Leadership: Represent YubiGroup in industry forums conferences and media engagements sharing insights and establishing the company as a leader in the supply chain finance space.
KPIs & Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for SCF & Enterprise Finance activities ensuring alignment with company goals. Use datadriven insights to refine and optimize processes.
Reporting: Regularly update the executive team on the status of SCF initiatives including lender and anchor engagement product development progress and overall financial performance.
Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data client feedback and market trends.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local regional and international regulations governing supply chain finance and financial transactions.
Risk Mitigation: Work closely with risk and legal teams to identify and mitigate risks in the lender and anchor relationships product offerings and operational processes.
Audit & Controls: Lead audits of financial processes related to SCF and Enterprise Finance to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field (required).
Master s degree (MBA Finance or related) or professional certifications (CFA CPA etc.) (preferred).
15 years of experience in SME & Commercial Banking Supply Chain Finance or related fields with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
Extensive experience in lender and anchor management onboarding and relationship management within the financial services or fintech sector.
Proven success in product development and innovation in the finance or fintech industry with a focus on supply chain finance solutions.
Strong track record in sales enablement and the ability to collaborate with presales telesales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives that align financial products with customer needs and market trends.
Deep understanding of financial regulations risk management and compliance requirements in the MENA region.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build and inspire crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with a high level of influence and credibility.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends to drive decisionmaking.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Indepth knowledge of supply chain finance working capital management and fintech solutions.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
