Roles and responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, execute, and optimize diverse media campaigns across platforms, including on-site, off-site, and EDMs, while utilizing various media products such as display, native, sponsored, and email.
  • Manage the entire advertising lifecycle, ensuring alignment with clients' KPIs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators like CTRs, CVRs, and leads to gauge campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to guide bookings throughout the campaign cycle.
  • Efficiently manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal performance and resource allocation.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
  • Utilize data to measure campaign impact, make data-driven decisions, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with design teams to develop engaging copy and visuals.
  • Analyze and present comprehensive campaign reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategies to achieve operational goals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Process Optimization: Analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements.
  • Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Creating and managing budgets, ensuring that operations remain within financial constraints while maximizing resources.
  • Supply Chain Management: Overseeing the supply chain process, ensuring timely procurement of materials, effective inventory management, and smooth logistics.
  • Risk Management: Identifying risks and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, while developing mitigation strategies for operational risks.

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
  • With at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar setting.
  • Proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager & Google Analytics.
  • Adept with 3rd party ad tags including DFA/DCM, PointRoll, Sizmek, JavaScript, etc.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful media advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to draft content for media collaterals/artworks.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL would be a plus.
  • Operations Management

    • Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes across various departments (e.g., supply chain, production, customer service, logistics).
    • Experience in streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall organizational performance.
  • Leadership and Team Management

    • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Project Management

    • Proficiency in managing large-scale projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Waterfall.
    • Skilled in managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution

    • Experience in setting long-term operational goals, aligning them with company strategy, and executing them effectively.
    • Ability to identify growth opportunities, manage risks, and drive innovation within operations.
  • Process Improvement

    • Proficiency in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements using methodologies like Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess data and operational performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
