Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in the hospitality industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence attract potential guests and drive revenue. A strong background in online marketing and experience with hospitalityspecific platforms like Booking.com Expedia and similar is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development: Plan develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and market trends in the hospitality sector.

  • Online Advertising Campaigns: Create manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads Meta etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. Focus on targeting the right audience segments and maximizing ROI.

  • SEO & Content Management: Improve website content onpage and offpage SEO to increase visibility on search engines. Collaborate with content creators to ensure highquality SEOoptimized content.

  • Social Media Marketing: Develop social media strategies across platforms (Instagram Facebook Twitter) to promote our brand engage followers and manage online reputation.

  • Email Marketing & CRM Management: Build and execute targeted email marketing campaigns leveraging customer data for personalization and segmentation. Manage the CRM to nurture leads and drive guest retention.

  • Hospitality Platforms: Optimize property listings on Booking.com Expedia Airbnb and other OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) to increase visibility and bookings. Monitor reviews and ratings to ensure positive brand reputation.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the hospitality industry with handson experience managing hospitality platforms like Booking.com Expedia and other OTAs.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics Google Ads social media management platforms).
    • Strong understanding of SEO SEM PPC and online advertising.
    • Experience with content creation copywriting and email marketing.
    • Knowledge of online reputation management and guest experience optimization.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
