A Business Development Manager is responsible for transactional business which targets medium to local/global large accounts that have a higher impact on the companys result in all products (air sea road and contract logistics). Our sales team comprises of resultsdriven individuals dedicated to transforming leads into lasting partnerships. Their strategic thinking helps turn challenges into victories and helps take Hellmann towards new heights of success. Whether its celebrating a successful deal or just casual gettogethers the sales maestros knows how to turn moments into memories.
About the job
Target transactional business opportunities within the market for multiple products which are linked to our local UAE strategy
Have a passion and customer portfolio to have diverse selling capabilities through all products like sea/air/road freight or contract logistics
Ensure customer communication is proactive and of the highest standard possible
Assist in the development of new business with existing customers that could be allocated to you for further development
Ensure that all customer data is entered into the reporting system
Be the leader and driver for all RFQs that you are handling
Constantly be in touch with your gained customers to ensure that joint support is provided from a sales aspect
Contribute towards the development of the company QMS
Represent the company in the most professional manner possible in accordance with local legislation and all company policies/procedures
Act as a key account manager for particular accounts by identifying new sales opportunities within existing account(s)
Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other stakeholders in other departments working on the same account
About you
Bachelors degree in any discipline
A minimum of 35 years of sales experience within the logistics industry
A valid UAEs driving license is required
