Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Business Development Manager with 35 years of
experience in the healthcare industry to lead our efforts across the GCC region. The role
involves identifying key clients opening doors to new opportunities managing accounts
and driving crosssell and upsell efforts within existing client portfolios. Fluency in Arabic
and English is essential for building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Identification: Identify and connect with key stakeholders and decision makers
in hospitals clinics and healthcare providers across the GCC.
- Relationship Management: Build develop and nurture longterm relationships with
new and existing clients ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients
ensuring their requirements are met efficiently.
- CrossSell & Upsell: Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within
existing accounts through crosssell and upsell initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product marketing and
operations to deliver seamless solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to align services
with market needs.
- Client Engagement: Represent the company at healthcare events conferences and
exhibitions across the region to foster business connections.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on client interactions
feedback and key developments in the GCC market.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 35 years of experience in business development account management
or client relations within the healthcare industry.
- Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Regional Expertise: Knowledge of healthcare systems key players and business
practices in the GCC region.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication negotiation and relationship
management skills.
- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license will be a plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Management or a related field
(Masters degree is a plus).
