Summary:
As a Fundraising Director you will play a pivotal role in fueling the companys rapid growth by securing substantial funding to support strategic highimpact projects. This position combines the challenges of international finance with the rewards of contributing to transformative projects in vibrant markets. Location:
Dubai UAE (with remote work flexibility)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to secure funding from international banks investment funds and private investors.
- Drive fundraising efforts with a target of USD 30 million or more annually.
- Build and maintain relationships with international financial institutions private investors and highnetworth individuals.
- Represent the company at global conferences forums and investor meetings.
- Prepare highquality financial proposals investment materials and presentations.
- Monitor financial trends to identify new opportunities for fundraising.
- Collaborate with internal teams including finance and legal to ensure compliance and successful deal execution.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in fundraising corporate finance or investment banking with a proven track record of raising USD 10 million or more.
- Skills: Strong negotiation relationship management financial modeling and international fundraising expertise.
- Specific Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with international banks investment funds and private investors.
- Languages: Fluency in English (C1/C2); additional languages such as Spanish French or Arabic are an advantage.
- Flexibility: Ability to work onsite in Dubai or remotely with availability for frequent international travel.
