Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend payroll process including data entry calculations and recordkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports including payroll summaries tax reports and employee earnings statements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records including personal and payroll data.
- Stay uptodate with payrollrelated laws and regulations including tax laws and workers compensation requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure the accuracy of employee pay and benefits.
- Assist with audits as needed.
- Process and manage employee benefits including health insurance retirement plans and other benefits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll procedures tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll software such as ADP Paychex or Workday.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with benefits administration is a plus.
