Summary:
Reporting directly to the Cluster Director of People & Culture this role will contribute to the performance of their area by facilitating the hiring and retention of exceptional talent as well as driving HR processes team member engagement learning and development performance and talent management and compliance initiatives within Delano Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- In this handson role youll work closely with the Cluster Director of People & Culture to provide HR support and resources to hotel teams ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities of the Middle East region. Youll contribute to creating an outstanding HR service shaping a dynamic international environment and supporting the companys future growth.
- Youll build strong positive relationships with hotel teams driving development efficiency engagement and retention to meet the needs of the business.
- As a People & Culture Manager you will lead the P&C team setting strategic direction guiding initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Youll foster a highperformance culture offering support and mentorship to your team members.
- Your role will also involve ensuring the successful rollout and execution of key People & Culture initiatives such as organizational design associate development performance management and talent management. Additionally you will oversee associate relations compensation planning and associate marketing to ensure effective and sustainable growth within your teams.

Qualifications :
- Educated to bachelors degree level or beyond ideally in business human resources management or a related field or have equivalent experience.
- Prior experience as a Department Head in a large fastpaced organisation.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential; additional language skills such as Arabic would be an advantage.
- Ideally CIPD qualified to Level 7.
- 35 years of prior experience as a Manager in People & Culture at a Head of Department (HOD) level preferably in a similar property.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Previous experience working in a truly global work environment is essential.
