Job Description
Job Title: Architecture and Civil Engineer (Design & Measurement)
Location: Dubai
Job Type: FullTime
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team who will be responsible for designing and editing engineering drawings conducting onsite measurements and creating material item lists. Additionally the engineer will be responsible for authoring marble sales receipts. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Drafting: Create edit and review engineering drawings using relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks).
- Site Visits & Measurements: Visit job sites to take precise measurements and collect necessary data for project execution.
- Material List Creation: Prepare and read detailed material item lists ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Sales Receipts: Generate marble sales receipts for clients ensuring accurate documentation of sales and transactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure designs and materials are aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering designs meet regulatory requirements safety standards and client expectations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all designs measurements and material lists for reference throughout the project lifecycle.
- ProblemSolving: Address any design or material discrepancies that arise during the project and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in engineering design drafting and site measurements.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar.
- Strong understanding of material item lists and their preparation.
- Ability to accurately generate sales receipts and related documentation.
- Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of engineering principles site measurement techniques and drafting standards.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all design and documentation tasks.
