Job Description
Location: Dubai, UAE
Are you ready to elevate your career in Dubai’s thriving real estate market? We are seeking passionate, driven, and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic team as Real Estate Agents. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide expert advice on property buying, selling, and renting.
- Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and legal procedures in Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the process.
- Negotiate rental and sale agreements, closing deals effectively.
- Actively source new leads through networking, referrals, and personal outreach.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Prior real estate experience in the UAE (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate CRM systems.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- RERA certification or equivalent (support provided if needed).
