- Handle queries through telephone, fax, and email
- Communicate in a clear and effective manner
- Be familiar with the all outlets, its menu and should be able to sell best to our guests
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through suggestive selling techniques
- Recommend property dining outlets and assist guests with information and special requests
- Book restaurant reservation requests, facilitate taking guest room delivery orders, and input information accurately into the proper systems
- Contribute to departmental standards and best practices
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Provide lateral service within the hotel whenever needed
- Arrive at work well groomed, prepared and display enthusiasm
- Well prepared for a long day contribution and utilize time effectively
Experience and Technical Knowledge:
