Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception & Service: Welcome guests warmly anticipate their needs and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- CheckIn/CheckOut: Manage all aspects of guest checkin and checkout ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel procedures.
- Reservations & Phone Handling: Handle reservations by phone and in person with personalized attention promoting the hotels services and offers.
- Sales & Promotions: Actively promote the hotels services loyalty programs and special offers to increase sales and guest loyalty.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging feedback.
- Communication: Ensure smooth communication with other departments and maintain accurate guest documentation.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems.
- Positive attitude and a passion for guest service.
