Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR practices and will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings screening resumes interviewing candidates and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in performancerelated discussions and coaching.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports and metrics related to HR activities.
Skills required at fulfill the position
- 24 years of experience in an HR role preferably as a generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
