5 Years Minimum Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or HR or similar role.
Fluent in English (Read, Write, and Listen)
Knowledge in MS OFFICE (MUST BE)
Prefer age: 30 - above
Arabic Speaking (Optional)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Knowledge of risk management concepts.
