Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing all necessary procedures for processing company-related documents such as company trade license, immigration card, tenancy renewal, vehicle license renewal, and general document attestation process.
  • Representing the company in dealing with Customs, Port, Immigration, Coast Guard and other government departments for any office or department requirement.
  • Serve as an immediate point of contact in case of any issues with Customs, Port, Immigration, Coast Guard, and other government authorities.
  • Handle visa application processing including typing and approval for all company staff as required.
  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager with HR & Admin tasks when required.
  • Liaising with customers to operational support and handle payment collections, especially where communication in Arabic is required.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate with a University degree or have passed the UAE board exam.
  • This position is open only to Emirati nationals.
  • Familiarity with local customs, port clearance, and UAE immigration rules and regulations in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Able to quickly learn new government online software.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar industry within the UAE.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey messages clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Media Relations: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to promote positive coverage.

  • Crisis Management: Skills in handling crises and negative publicity, including developing response strategies and communicating effectively during challenging situations.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement PR strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance the brand's reputation.

  • Content Creation: Proficiency in creating engaging content for press releases, social media, websites, and other communication channels.

  • Event Planning: Experience in organizing and managing events, such as press conferences, product launches, and community engagement activities.

  • Research and Analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess public opinion, media coverage, and the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve communication goals.

  • Social Media Proficiency: Understanding of social media platforms and tools to effectively engage with the public and manage online reputation.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changing circumstances and evolving public perceptions in a fast-paced environment.
