Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading hospital in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer who is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager in ensuring the efficient functioning of the HR department particularly in payroll employee relations and grievance management.
Core Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Oversee and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing addressing payrollrelated issues as required.
Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries managing and resolving workplace grievances and fostering positive employee relations. Manage time and attendance records and leave requests providing relevant data to the finance department for payroll calculations.
Grievance Management: Handle grievance cases conducting investigations and working toward fair resolutions to maintain a healthy workplace.
HR Policies & Procedures: Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies helping to maintain a supportive and structured work environment.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain employee records and ensure that all HR documentation is uptodate and compliant with local labor laws.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to support HR activities and assist in onboarding new employees.
Recruitment: Manage job applications schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and participate in conducting interviews as required. Send Employment Offer Letters to selected candidates and follow up regarding acceptance rejection and tentative joining dates.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree/Diploma or its equivalent.
Minimum 45 years of HR experience preferably within the healthcare sector in the UAE.
Fluent in Arabic and English is required.
Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Arabs and local communities.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and recordkeeping abilities.
