Roles and responsibilities

  • Proven experience in wealth management / asset management
  • Existing book of clients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A client-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.

  • Account Management: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.

  • Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly, working with internal teams to ensure satisfactory resolutions.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track client satisfaction and performance metrics to assess the success of the relationship.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and enhance client offerings.
