Oversee preparation of CWP, EWP, PWP and IWP’s and develop KPI’s for overseeing the Advanced Work Packaging program.

Monitor Construction schedule and ensure workfront availability.
Coordinate contractors schedule, validate actual physical progress on site using, update forecast to complete construction activities end date.
Anticipate any potential slippage and critical path deviations, propose and discuss mitigation and corrective actions with Project Control Team and Construction Manager.
Prepare construction progress reports according to the project reporting procedure.
Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as fabrication and construction status for all scopes of work.
Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 15 years experience of construction planning in the oil & gas industry including Owner & PMC experience.
Experience successfully implementing AWP on other large capital projects. Knowledgeable about AWP software and plans
Experience in large offshore capital projects
Proficient in the use of Primavera P-6.
Computer literate in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Experience with Project Scheduling including Critical Path Methodology, Productivity Tracking and Earned Value required.
Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings
Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
