Full Jobs Description
Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
Maintain accurate records of purchases database and pricing.
Vendor management including timely payment as part of the primary responsibility and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
Making professional decisions in a fastpaced environment.
Maintain records of purchases pricing and other important data.
Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers supply and price options.
Develops plans for purchasing equipment services and supplies.
Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies.
Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications delivery times and potential future development.
Working with team members to complete duties as needed.
Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies.
Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
Control spend and build a culture of longterm saving on procurement costs.
Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
45 Years of Relevant experience steel/metal manufacturing industry.
Bachler Degree/ Diploma in Logistic/Procurement.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office ERP.
Should have a valid UAE driving license.
Proficiency in inventory management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
