Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored and personalized service to highprofile guests ensuring their every need is anticipated and fulfilled
- Oversee and manage daily guest operations to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience
- Handle special requests private dining arrangements and bespoke events
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest areas
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in English and an additional European language
- Exercise absolute discretion and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality ideally working with ultrahighnetworth individuals
- Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in at least one additional European language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills focusing on anticipating guest needs
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- A professional polished appearance and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality
