To coordinate all service requirements addressed to Club Prive and ensure their immediate action aiming for the highest possible guest satisfaction.
To promote efficiency confidence courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills. To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
Works in close cooperation with the Kitchen and all other key service departments.
Standard instructions of the immediate guest care telephone manners upselling
Ensures that under no circumstances the telephones are unattended and practice impeccable telephone manners.
Conducts a proper handover during shift change.
Qualifications :
University Degree or Vocational in any field.
Minimum of 1 year or more experience in a similar role or experience as a telephone operator / call center.
Good computer skills
Excellent communication skills telephone etiquette and up selling skills.
Must be a Russian Speaker and additional language will be a plus
