Inform Guests about all other hotel services and promotions upon request
Up sell orders / suggest food & beverage items as per orders
Give appropriate preparation and delivery times
Enter Guest orders in Micros POS
Communicate all incoming orders to servers properly
Process daily amenity list
Handle Guest inquiries and complaints
Run endofshift reports
Drop cash payments
Qualifications :
Must possess outstanding Guest services skills professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills
Proficient in the English language (verbal & written) second language is an asset
Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense everchanging environment while remaining calm and collective
Must be flexible in terms of working hours
Must know various food & beverage terminologies
Working knowledge of Micros & MS Office is must
2 years minimum experience in customer service
A hospitality diploma is an asset
Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately
