You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to drive and manage our social media marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan execute and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook Instagram
LinkedIn TikTok etc.) to achieve performance goals (e.g. ROAS CPA conversions).
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor daily performance metrics (clicks impressions CPC CTR CPA ROAS etc.) analyze campaign data
and provide insights for improvement.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Develop test and optimize audience targeting strategies including demographic interestbased and
behaviorbased targeting.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate the advertising budget effectively across campaigns to maximize performance.
Creative Optimization:
Work closely with the creative team to develop test and optimize ad creatives (copy imagery videos) for
better engagement and conversion rates.
A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad copy creatives and landing pages to optimize performance.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay updated with the latest social media trends algorithm changes and new ad formats to continuously
improve campaign performance.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the wider marketing team (SEO content CRM) to align social media strategies with broader
marketing goals.
Performance Reporting:
Provide regular reports on campaign performance insights and areas for improvement to stakeholders and
management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
2 years of experience in performance marketing specifically in managing paid social media campaigns.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager TikTok Ads
Google Analytics etc.
o Experience with performance tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hotjar HubSpot etc.).
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make datadriven decisions.
Creativity:
Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and effective ad content.
Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for crossteam collaboration and reporting to stakeholders.
Attention to Detail:
High level of precision in managing budgets audience segments and performance tracking.
