We are offering you to join our team as a Business Development Manager with project management functions (Project Logistics Department) in our branch in Abu Dhabi!
Main responsibilities:
- Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in project logistics focusing on HL/OOG and complex cargo solutions.
- Lead sales efforts including prospecting client engagement and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients acting as a trusted advisor for technical and logistical challenges.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business by delivering exceptional service and valueadded solutions.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of logistics projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget.
- Manage project risks and compliance while maintaining structured documentation and uptodate forecasts.
- Oversee budgeting financial planning and reporting ensuring profitability and cost control.
Track project costs and revenue identifying areas for financial improvement. - Technical Solutions & Project Planning:
- Develop and implement tailored technical solutions for complex project logistics including route surveys lifting plans and cargo securing strategies.
- Provide expertise in engineering solutions for HL/OOG cargo ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
Our expectations:
5 years of experience in OOG or heavylift logistics preferably within an international context.
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management particularly in the context of industrial projects.
- Experience with the projects in the Middle East.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of transportation with Project Cargo.
- Preference to the candidates with own portfolio of contacts/Customers.
