The role?
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including managers and employees, to ensure HR practices align with business needs and goals
- Manage employee records and data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate and administer employee benefit programs, including medical insurance, vacation, and leave policies.
Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
- Coordinate and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes
- Populate and maintain the HRIS system
- Assist in recruitment related activities such as screening, reference checks, and formatting resumes into EnerMech format.
- Organize the monthly HR Payroll report.
- Calculate basic staff entitlements such as annual leave, end of service calculations, etc.
- Coordinate with our PRO to procure, cancel, and track the status of Visa's for employees.
- Maintain and manage the system to apply for employee Visa's and Work Permits.
- Track the probationary period of new hires and help the hiring manager set objectives for the employee
- Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Draft employment contracts and ensure all forms are signed prior to the employee joining.
- Deliver continuous process efficiencies and improve current processes.
Desired candidate profile
- Educated to Higher Level
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources
- Experience with HR Software
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Thorough knowledge of UAE Labor Laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of detail and accuracy
- Familiar with the Oil and Gas industry
- CHRP Certified
