Waiter

As a Waiter at Sushi Art Restaurant you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests. Your friendly and attentive approach excellent communication ss and indepth knowledge of our menu will contribute to a positive and memorable visit for our customers. You will be responsible for providing efficient and personalized service taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Guest Welcome and Seating:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  
• ist in arranging seating for larger groups and accommodating special requests.
  

Menu Presentation and Recommendations:

• Present the menu to guests providing detailed explanations of dishes and recommendations based on their preferences.
  
• Offer information on daily specials and any promotions.
  

Order Taking and Accuracy:

• Take food and beverage orders accurately noting any dietary restrictions or special requests.
  
• Doublecheck orders before sending them to the kitchen to ensure accuracy.
  

Food and Beverage Service:

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally adhering to the restaurants service standards.
  
• Be attentive to guests needs regularly checking tables to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  

Table Maintenance:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas throughout the service.
  
• Replenish table settings and condiments as needed.
  

Payment Processing:

• Present the check to guests and handle bill payments efficiently and accurately.
  
• Process credit card transactions and provide guests with receipts.
  

Response to Customer Inquiries:

• Respond to guest queries regarding the menu ingredients and preparation ods.
  
• Provide knowledgeable answers and ist with any concerns or issues.
  

Coordination with Kitchen and Bar:

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient order preparation and timely service.
  
• Relay any special requests or modifications to the appropriate team members.
  

Upselling Promotions/Items:

• Actively engage in upselling to guests by promoting special menu items seasonal dishes and beverage options.

• Gaining a thorough understanding of our restaurants menu including food and beverage offerings.
  
• Familiarizing yourself with the ingredients preparation ods and presentation of each dish.
  

Speed of Service:

• Strive to provide efficient and timely service ensuring that guests orders are delivered promptly.
  
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to minimize wait times and maintain a smooth flow of service.
  

Sequence of Service Implementation:

• Implement the restaurants sequence of service to ensure a smooth and consistent dining experience.
  
• Work in collaboration with the hostess and other team members to maintain the flow of service.
  

Upselling and Promotions:

• Proactively promote menu items promotions and special offerings to enhance the guest experience.
  
• Upsell additional items such as appetizers desserts or premium beverages.
