Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading FM company in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Associate Director Finance (UAE National) who will play a key role in driving the finance strategy and ensuring alignment with the company s vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the finance department s strategy in line with the company s overall objectives.
Provide financial expertise and guidance to leadership ensuring business goals are met.
Lead and motivate the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Define and optimize the departments structure for effective resource utilization.
Oversee budgeting financial performance and suggest improvements for cost efficiency.
Manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs.
Maintain a comprehensive accounting system and optimize working capital.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations tax laws and IFRS standards.
Direct the integration and management of SAP Finance processes within the organization.
Implement and improve departmental policies systems and procedures to meet industry standards.
Provide timely and accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Finance or a related field (Master s degree or professional certification preferred).
10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a similar role ideally within the facilities management sector.
