We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive with 12 years of experience in tele calling and lead generation preferably in the staffing and recruiting / banking industry. The role involves reaching out to potential clients building relationships and generating leads to support our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce staffing and recruitment services.
  
• Identify potential leads and schedule meetings or followups for the sales team.
  
• Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
  
• Build strong relationships with potential clients through consistent communication.
  
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
  
• Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead status.
