One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager Off Plan Market to join their thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing a keen understanding of market trends and excellent negotiation skills also you will:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential buyers and offplan property trends.
- Create tailored effective sales strategies for the unique challenges and opportunities in offplan property sales.
- Lead motivate and manage the sales team ensuring their readiness for successful offplan property sales.
- Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of offplan properties providing accurate information to potential buyers.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective buyers guiding them through the offplan property purchase process.
- Oversee negotiations with clients and stakeholders ensuring favourable terms while maintaining positive relationships.
- Work closely with property developers to understand project details timelines and unique selling points.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts for offplan properties considering market conditions and project timelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns promoting offplan properties and generating leads.
- Ensure all offplan property sales adhere to legal and regulatory standards staying updated on compliance requirements.
- Gather and analyse client feedback to enhance the offplan property purchasing experience and improve satisfaction.
- Regularly assess sales performance metrics for offplan properties identifying areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong networks within the real estate industry fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay informed about changes in the real estate market adjusting sales strategies to remain competitive in the offplan property sector.
- Ensure accurate and thorough recordkeeping of all offplan property transactions and relevant documentation.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
- Must have managed a team of at least 10 in no more than two companies for a minimum of 5 years in the UAE.
- Be educated to degree level.
- Be fluent in English along with your native language either Russian Italian French German Chinese Arabic or Indian.
- UAE Driving License
- Have Good knowledge of Dubai s Real Estate market
- Be capable of growing a solid social media presence
