ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELERS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create and manage detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate various elements into the BIM model and resolve design conflicts. • Develop and maintain design documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports. • Perform analyses and simulations using the BIM model to assess building performance, energy efficiency, and other factors. • Use BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) to create, modify, and manage models, and stay updated with new tools and techniques. • Ensure the BIM model complies with project standards, codes, and regulations. • Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and software.
