Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed Revit-based architectural BIM models (LOD 300-500) aligned with construction methodologies and sequencing.
- Coordinate with site engineers structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate integration of architectural elements.
- Review IFC drawings identify discrepancies and update models accordingly.
- Prepare accurate shop drawings and as-built models in compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve issues in collaboration with other BIM disciplines.
- Work closely with the construction team to provide BIM support for material take-offs site execution and coordination.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with the projects BIM Execution Plan and company standards.
- Maintain BIM documentation model logs and drawing registers.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of total experience in architectural BIM modeling.
- Must have 5 years of experience in the UAE working for reputable contracting companies on large-scale projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks; experience with BIM 360 is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing building codes and UAE authority requirements.
- Familiarity with site coordination processes and shop drawing standards in the UAE.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
