Job Description

Organizational Competencies are:

Customer Service

Demonstrates commitment to customer service and fulfills internal/external customer/visitor requests responds to questions and proactively analyses anticipates and addresses customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Industry Knowledge

Demonstrates handson knowledge in the sector/industry ecosystem value chain and trends including awareness of trends related to special interest groups or target audiences.

DCT Cultural Sector Knowledge

Demonstrate up to date knowledge on Culture in Abu Dhabi and his/her site Programmed and events. Strongly promoting the department offerings to the visitors.

Technical Competencies are:

Activity Coordination

Manages activities and initiatives from beginning to end ensuring they are organized coordinated and completed according to expectations and standards.

Process Improvement

Knowledge of process development best practices and ability to recommend improvements to make processes run more efficiently and effectively.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook and other programs.

Communication Skills

Present strong communication skills in Arabic English and other languages

Visitor Experience Skills

Dealing directly with the public in different sectors such as a museum school visitors and cultural sites and in the Arts Culture or Tourism sector

Billing/Revenue Operations

Understands DCT s Finance related processes and systems and implements controls to ensure that transactions are processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Sales and Distribution

Ability to execute a sales and distribution process in an effective and efficient manner with a focus on expanding distribution channels and maximizing sales.
