Roles & Responsibilities · Prepare, plan and visualize floral designs adhering to design elements and trends and providing sense of artistry and creativity, using the necessary drawing software and tools. · Maximize visual appeal of Camelia retail premises in an innovative style to attract sales, on seasonal and occasional basis. · Coordinate with Marketing for Camelia unique identity and captivating branding designs. · Working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing expert recommendations, competitive proposals and quotations submissions · Consult with Assistant Head Florist for feasibility (Technical and financial) before designing customized floral arrangements. · Create professional relationships with corporate clients, florists, wedding planners, hospitality professionals to improve the sales opportunities. · Ensure quality control of products and events.
