A Regional Talent Development Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing talent strategies that drive both business success and employee growth. This role focuses on designing and implementing high-impact development programs, effectively balancing long-term strategic objectives with immediate organizational needs
Key Responsibilities:
Program Design
- Lead the creation and delivery of best in learning and leadership development programs.
- Utilize latest technologies, learning design theories and instructional design methodologies to create best in class experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through business and people metrics.
Coaching and Leadership Development
- Develop and execute leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Deliver one-on-one coaching to senior managers to enhance performance and career growth.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Lead the execution of programs and development projects, ensuring a best-in-class experience and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader business processes.
Communications
- Develop and execute communication strategies to promote learning programs and initiatives.
- Partner with internal communications to highlight success stories and encourage participation in development opportunities.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or related roles.

- Learning Design & Delivery: Apply science-based approaches to create learner-centric programs with strong facilitation skills.
- Coaching: Group and one on one coaching for colleagues and leaders at all levels.

- Experience designing training programs that cater to different learning styles and skill sets.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and how to implement them effectively in corporate settings.
- Ability to create customized development plans for individual employees based on their career goals and organizational needs.
4. Change Management
- Expertise in leading and managing change within an organization, particularly in relation to cultural shifts, technology adoption, or process improvements.
- Supporting employees through transitions and helping them adjust to new roles, tools, or organizational structures.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Using data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments.
- Tracking employee progress and providing feedback to ensure development objectives are met.
- Analyzing performance metrics and organizational data to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
6. Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to present training programs and development initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Engaging with employees at all levels of the organization to ensure effective communication of development opportunities.
7. Project Management
- Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and goals are met.
- Experience in coordinating resources, trainers, and materials for effective program delivery.
- Maintaining clear documentation of development programs, outcomes, and employee feedback.
