Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly within a specified time frame.
Provide accurate and detailed information to customers via phone and email.
Update and maintain the customer database and records accurately.
Post property ads on real estate portals such as Bayut and Dubizzle.
Ensure all ad details and descriptions meet company standards and guidelines.
Review and verify all details before posting ads to ensure accuracy.
Create new agent accounts on real estate portals as needed.
Verify and update ads on portals regularly.
